General Discription Of JF Series Alkaline Phenolic Resin
No bake alkaline phenolic resin process, also known as a-set, is a process of mixing sand with alkaline phenolic resin and organic ester hardeners for moulding and core making, curing at room temperature. Suitable for alloy steel, carbon steel, high manganese steel, spheroidal graphite iron castings and aluminum alloy castings.

Notes: hardenersHQG1, HQG10 and HQG20 can be mixed mutually to adjust the curing speed; hardeners HQG20, HQG60 and HQG240 can be mixed muttually; Shelf life is 1 year under normal temperature in a dark place.

Application Guide
Ratio: resin 1.1-2.0% (percentage to sand weight), and hardener:20-25%(percentage to resin weight);
Sand mixing process: Mix sand with hardener firstly and then add resin, mix for 5 to 60 seconds;
Adjust curing speed (A+B+Chardener Regulator for alkaline phenolic resin recommended): If curing speed needs adjusting, changing different type hardener or mixing hardeners with different curing speed, as shown below (20℃).

Precautions
JF series alkaline phenolic resin
This product is alkaline and corrosive. PPE is required for operator. In case of incidental contact, rinse with running clean water or normal saline, and seek medical advice. In case of ingestion, drink plenty of warm water, promote emesis and seek medical advice;
This product shall be sealed in containers and stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse with necessary fire fighting equipment, emergency equipment and appropriate collection containers in case of leakage. The product shall be kept away from fire and heat sources as well as oxidizing agents.
It is strictly prohibited to directly mix this product with hardener. An empty container shall not be cut or heated before thorough cleaning.
HQG and ZQ series hardener
This product may be irritating. PPE is required for operator and the workplace shall be well ventilated. In case of incidental contact, rinse with running clean water or normal saline, and seek medical advice.
